At Klozee, we are committed to delivering high-quality products to our customers efficiently and reliably. Our shipping and delivery policy outlines the terms and conditions related to order processing, shipping methods, estimated delivery times, tracking, and other relevant details. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Shipping Coverage

1.1 Domestic Shipping (India)

We currently ship orders across India, covering metro cities, tier 2 and 3 cities, and remote locations.

1.2 International Shipping

At this time, we do not offer international shipping. However, we plan to expand our services soon. Stay updated by subscribing to our newsletter or following us on social media.

2. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 24-48 hours of placement (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
  • If there are any issues with order verification, payment confirmation, or inventory availability, processing may take longer.
  • Once the order is processed, customers will receive a confirmation email and tracking details.

3. Shipping Charges & Fees

We offer free and affordable shipping rates based on order value and delivery location.

3.1 Additional Charges

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) Fee: Additional ₹50 may be charged for COD orders.
  • Remote Location Charges: Some remote and rural locations may have higher shipping fees due to limited logistics access.
  • Express Shipping: Available for select locations at an additional charge, displayed during checkout.

4. Estimated Delivery Time

We partner with trusted courier services to ensure timely deliveries. Below are our estimated shipping times:

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email and SMS notification with a tracking number.
  • You can track your order by clicking the tracking link provided in the notification.
  • If you do not receive tracking details within 48 hours of order confirmation, please contact our support team.

6. Delivery Policy

6.1 Delivery Attempts

  • Our courier partners will make up to three attempts to deliver your package.
  • If the delivery is unsuccessful, the package may be returned to us, and reshipping charges may apply.

6.2 Address Accuracy

  • Ensure you provide an accurate shipping address and contact number to avoid delays or non-delivery.
  • We are not responsible for deliveries made to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by customers.

6.3 Delivery Delays

Klozee is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • Natural disasters, pandemics, or government-imposed restrictions.
  • Strikes, transportation disruptions, or unforeseen courier issues.
  • Custom clearance issues (for future international orders).

7. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

  • COD is available for select pin codes.
  • A handling fee of ₹50 may be charged for COD orders.
  • If a COD order is refused upon delivery, we reserve the right to restrict COD for future purchases.

8. Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages

8.1 Damaged or Opened Packages

  • If you receive a damaged or opened package, do not accept it.
  • Contact us immediately at support@klozee.in with images of the package for investigation.

8.2 Lost or Missing Shipments

  • If your package is marked delivered but not received, report it within 48 hours.
  • We will coordinate with the courier service for resolution.
